Lala's is delivered frozen. Store Lala's in the freezer and keep frozen until thawing. Slow-thaw Lala's in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours before serving. After thawing, continue to store Lala's in the refrigerator for up to seven days, no longer. Do not re-freeze.

Lala's Fresh Dog Food offers a convenient and wholesome feeding solution. With Lala's Fresh Dog Food, feeding your dog a balanced and wholesome diet has never been easier!
- Each order is carefully packaged in resealable 3 lb bags, keeping the food fresh and easy to store in your freezer.
- To serve, transfer one, 3 lb bag from the freezer to the refrigerator, at least 24-48 hours before opening to allow for a gradual thaw.
- Once thawed, using the provided 4 oz scoop to feed your dog. Portion out the recommended amount based on your veterinarian's guidance, your dog's specific physical needs, and the suggested feeding chart.
- Be sure to utilize Lala's 5-day transition plan on the back of the bag to give your pup a smooth transition to fresh, human-grade dog food.
- Serve freshly thawed, soft, slow-cooked meals to your dog!
- Serve within seven days of thawing.
- Keep refrigerated at all times.

I've been considering switching my dog to a fresh diet. When I saw Lala's post on my Facebook community page, I decided to give it a try. After a week of feeding Brodie Lala's beef recipe, I am beyond pleased. Brodie is eating better than ever. You can see the chunks of veggies in the food and it even smells good... Keeping it in my fridge for the week and portioning it with the scoop that they provide makes it SO easy to feed fresh. I HIGHLY recommend Lala's!
This is my third time trying a new dog food for my 2 year old golden doodle. She has been so picky in the past, but I am so relieved to say that Lala's has revolutionized meal time! She eats her whole meal, both in the morning and at dinner time. I am so thrilled, and can't wait to order more. I am hoping that a subscription option becomes available so that I don't have to keep ordering weekly!
My friend received a sample of Lala's and encouraged me to try it out. All I can say is that I am SO happy with this product! My dog eats every little morsel... even licks the bowl clean. The fact that I can actually see the real ingredients and it being made locally make me feel so good about feeding my dog Lala's. We are hooked! Talk about a high quality product… my 7 year old Great Pyrenees eats every bite. Knowing that the food is vet approved makes me feel good with choosing Lala’s. Plus, customer service has been immaculate. I had a question about my delivery and Alyssa replied to me within just an hour. I will be ordering again, and look forward to trying the chicken recipe.
My 7 year old pitt mix loves Lala's. Just tried a sample for the first time, and I have to say that he has never shown so much love for dog food like this before. All the visible bits of carrots, eggs, rice, spinach... just so fresh. A bit cheaper than Ollie's which is ideal, too. Also makes me happy to support local.
